At Rainbow Loom Webstore, we want you to love your creative fashion kits; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused loom kits and accessories in their original box, ensuring all bands and tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
